The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has resumed the issuance of e-visa for Umrah following the successful Hajj 2023 pilgrimage. To apply for the e-visa, individuals can use the Nusuk platform. The Kingdom anticipates the arrival of the first Umrah pilgrim.
Earlier, the ministry had announced that individuals holding tourist visas from GCC countries and Schengen visas are permitted to schedule Umrah appointments through the Nusuk App. This initiative was taken by Saudi Arabia to encourage more Muslims to visit and partake in the minor pilgrimage.

- Visit the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s Maqam portal and choose one of the approved Umrah companies
- build your Umrah package consisting of accommodation, transportation, and ground services with your selected company
- after securing your umrah package, you will receive the reference number for the application
- you’ll be redirected to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal, where you’ll need to complete the visa issuance process
